MusicMann Studios was founded in 2004 by Michael Mann, formerly of the Milwaukee-based band EXIT. In their time, EXIT toured throughout Wisconsin, won five WAMI awards in six years and released two studio albums 'Two Words' and 'Scenes From Next Week' selling 2500 copies. Having success in co-producing both albums Michael founded the company and built what would become MusicMann Studios.

Experienced as an artist seeking production yet respectful of others fighting to succeed in the Milwaukee music scene, MusicMann Studios was founded with two major objectives in mind:

1) Provide the highest quality recordings possible with the most flexibility, understanding and experience, and
2) Produce as efficiently and as economically as possible, for both the studio AND the artist.
